Abstract |
The article considers a process of institualization of a young family based on a complex of subject-object relations of young families, public organizations and the state. As a basic evaluation indicator of a young family’s position in the society the author distinguishes the degree of the interest of the state and society in creating favourable conditions for functioning of a young family as a social institution. Development of the said indicator is directly connected with determination of the role of a young family as an object and a subject of social relations and social processes. As a social institution it significantly influences the social processes and social organization of the society, determining to a large extent the possibilities and perspectives of development of the latter, as well as solutions to its own problems. The article considers external and internal factors influencing the process of formation of the young family institution. The author formulates optimal indicators of young family’s development, which are critical for development and implementation of the efficient young family policy as a resource of institualization of a young family. At the same time the author points out that the term «development of a young family» should first of all include the characteristics showing the directions and results |
